AzoGrout™ 445 is a single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane engineered for deep penetration into granular soils. With a viscosity below 100 cps, it can be injected into tight soil profiles to deliver thorough encapsulation and reliable structural reinforcement.
AzoGrout 445 is formulated for applications where penetration depth or coverage efficiency are the priority, including dust mitigation, erosion control, sand trap stabilization, and treatment of loose or shifting granular soils. Reactivity is field-adjustable with Azo-Cat™ 23 to optimize cure speed for site conditions.

Azo-Purge™ is a pump flush agent used for clearing residual resin from the internal mechanism of injection pumps and dispensing lines. A safe, user-friendly element of equipment maintenance.

AzoGrout™ 675 is a single-component, hydrophilic polyurethane formulated to stop active water leaks in environments where water is constantly present or flowing. It absorbs up to 800% water by mass, expanding into cracks and joints to form a resilient, watertight seal under hydrostatic pressure. Depending on the water-to-grout ratio, the cured material ranges from a resilient foam to a flexible gel with elongation up to 1,250%, accommodating ongoing structural movement without compromising the seal.
AzoGrout 675 is certified by the Water Quality Association for contact with potable water, making it an ideal specification for municipal water infrastructure and any project where potable water contact is a requirement.

AzoGrout™ 551 Fast Foam features a 20-second gel time, making it ideal for situations requiring rapid reactions. Its quick cure time ensures the resin expands and cures before traveling too far. 551 FF is great for filling voids where pipes enter and exit concrete structures. The product also has soil stabilization properties and prevents washout while diverting water away from the area. When combined with Azo-Nate 300, 551 Fast Foam can expand to up to 1,000% of its original volume.

AzoGrout™ 551 is a two-component polyurethane engineered for large-scale void filling and slab lifting. Mixed with Azo-Nate™ 300 at a 1:1 volumetric ratio, it expands up to ten times its original volume into a rigid, closed-cell foam. At 185–235 cps, its low viscosity ensures deep penetration into voids before expansion, allowing it to fill large areas with minimal injection points and lift sunken sidewalks, roadways, driveways, and concrete floors with precision. With nearly zero volumetric shrinkage upon cure, the lift holds.

Azo-Nate 300 is a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (pMDI), and it is a co-reactant required for use with AzoGrout 551 and AzoGrout 551 Fast Foam.

AzoGrout™ 443-C is a single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane engineered for a wide range of below-grade and structural applications, from water cut-off and void filling to soil stabilization. Injected as a low-viscosity liquid (200–350 cps), it reacts with water to form a rigid, load-bearing foam with nearly zero volumetric shrinkage, giving it the dimensional stability to seal seeping or low-flow leaks in tunnels, dams, manholes, and foundation walls; lift settled slabs and fill large voids beneath building foundations, bridge footings, and load-bearing concrete; and penetrate and encapsulate sand, loam, and clay into a rock-like mass for shoring excavations and stabilizing river and lake embankments.
443-C is certified by the Water Quality Association for contact with potable water, making it suitable for projects where that certification is required. Reactivity is field-adjustable with Azo-Cat™ 23 to optimize cure speed for site conditions.

AzoGrout™ 424 is a water-reactive, hydrophobic polyurethane that uses moisture to trigger expansion, forming a resilient, flexible foam ideal for water cut-off in cracks and joints subject to movement, vibration, or thermal cycling. It expands up to 750% in a free-rise situation, thoroughly filling voids under both wet and dry conditions making it effective for active seeping leaks as well as dormant cracks that may become active over time.
Its flexibility accommodates substrate expansion, contraction, and shifting without compromising the seal, delivering long-term performance under dynamic conditions. It is certified by the Water Quality Association for contact with potable water.
Reactivity is field-adjustable using Azo-Cat™ 24, allowing applicators to optimize cure speed for temperature, substrate conditions, or project timing requirements.

AzoGrout™ 125 Floor-Fix is a two-component, low-viscosity polyurethane formulated for hairline crack and spall repair on interior concrete surfaces. It seeps into microfine cracks and adheres directly to concrete, curing to attain tensile and compressive strengths each exceeding 6,000 psi. Mixed with silica sand, it extends to larger cracks and spalled or honeycombed surfaces. With a gel time of approximately 2 minutes and full strength achieved within one hour, it minimizes downtime for faster return to service.
