ICRI summer meeting a success for Azon07-23-2010 Approximately 60 people participated in the 3rd Annual Summer Boat Cruise for the Michigan Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). Azon USA, Inc. was a gold sponsor for the summer social event, which took place on Wednesday, July 23, on the Portofino Friendship Boat—a dinner cruise boat. Most who attended were ICRI members and their guests, which proved beneficial for Azon to gain exposure in Michigan and the surrounding area to contractors and users of polyurethane waterstops. As gold sponsors, Azon was able to display a large Azo-Grout™ banner on the boat and also place the Azo-Grout logo on the Azon-coordinated beer mug giveaways alongside the logos of the other gold and platinum giveaway and event sponsors. | | 
Officers and directors of the Michigan Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Azon Marketing Manager Mike Vennix has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Chapter of ICRI for three years, which is how long the Michigan Chapter has existed. Azon has been a member of the national ICRI organization for 14 years. |  | Azon participates in ICRI "Demo Day"Azon USA, Inc. was among several vendors that participated in the Michigan Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) “Demo Day.” The first-ever event was held at The Boomer Company in Detroit on Friday, March 28.
Eight exhibitors, including Azon, set up tabletop displays for attendees. Five demonstrations were also presented. Representing Azon were Jeff Lurges and Mike Vennix, who gave a chemical grouting demonstration using Azo-Grout™.
